MoHo farmers market, and grabbed my bike from Bike Therapy.. The mechanics complimented the rear color matched titanium wheel which makes me cry for the stolen wheel.

Otherwise, got to housework today: cleaned Dad’s boat, drained and scrubbed the tub, and the regular weekend tasks.

Exercise-wise, got in ab circuit #1 and a 30min bike ride.
