Another tired day – I think it is those heavy bike rides. Gotta push through this day two weariness otherwise I’ll be knocked out by it come Sunday of STP. Soreness wise I’m pleased with how the old bod’ is taking it – no typical ACL tightness. I’ll [mis]attribute credit to ramping up and compulsively bend-over-fold stretching it.
Up here in Morgan Hill we’ve received a right antediluvian 3.6 inches of rain over the last twenty-four hours. Still sprinkling, but conditions are forecast to slack off until Monday when we’re in for a dumping.
With the rain, I moved the bench into the garage and put in chest and tri’s. This is the last of my third round / weeks of lifting and I’ll plan on sticking with it for another month; feeling progress.

Tomorrow CEO and I head North to see my parents, and I’d like to still make progress up on my cardio for the week. Given the roads are going to double as rivers, my best bet is jogging. With a 1h run and I’ll satisfied with my product for the week.
Spent a little bit of time sim-racing in F1. Got down to mid 1:18 in imola, but I’d like to get down in the 1:17’s to be competitive. Still losing time on T1 – probably makes sense to watch a track guide. I’ll admit I get pretty motivated with a little competition – let’s go, EBJ.
