Cooking Marinated and Glazed Tempeh Strips tonight. On the sauce side, I replaced tamari with liquid aminos and used green sriracha instead of the classic red. Also used a mix seitan and tempeh. The tempeh I had was a bit nuttier which contrasted the sweet glaze, but the texture of the seitan was awesome.

Actually felt a bit stronger for this week – for next I’d like to move back and biceps to be the third rather than second workout of the week. They have a bit of upper body overlap so I could use the rest time.

Got in 1h of cycling on the rollers. Ran out of time – I’m going to need to start earlier if I want to cover more miles
