Skipped cycling for legs. Will be traveling this weekend, so the cycling dry cycle will continue for a couple of days.. Super excited to go for a jog in the woods instead up in Humboldt – haven’t run in awhile so 5mi would be solid AF.
The lunges and squats in the legs sets are redundant, and I’m unable to do the one after the other. An adductor or abductor lift would sub in well and provide breadth, so next time I’ll start with lunges and swap out the squat with the Cossack variation.
