Feb 28th, '23: Rolling on the Bike
Fit in a bicep and back workout. I’m finding a good order of workouts and weights given the plate dumbbells slow me down. In a few weeks, however, I should be past my max (55lb per dumbbell) for squats, bench, row, etc. Will go find a local weight store and see if they have any 10lb plates which fit.
Put the front wheel on the training bike, tossed it on the rollers [near a wall for balance] and actually got in some miles over ~45min. No flops while clipped-in. Now, I’m free to get the cateye mounted so I can actually keep an eye on pace rather than just measuring time.
