Feb 27th, '23: Standard Monday

Been putting on weight, up to nearly 200lbs from 182 6mo ago and 192 3 wks ago. While 2lbs a week can’t be pure muscle I feel good. I’ll continue to 1) eat balanced w/ extra protein, and 2) eat till full. If/when I hit 210lbs I’ll reconsider.

Nice set of shoulder lifts today – my mortal shell is ready, the bottleneck is not having full weeks with the weights / cycling. Where there’s a will there’s a way. Easy way is to bring dumbbells to Oliver’s, and take advantage of weights when I’m traveling. Fun one’ll be the office where there’s a bar and squat tower.

Tomorrow, Tuesday, is cycling training – 30 miles, i.e. 2h30m on the bike. Do it all over again on Thursday I’ll have 60 in for the week. I’d like to have a better way of measuring distance on the trainer. Most fun way’ll be to install the cateye on the front wheel and then use the rollers with the front wheel mounted. Will also have to learn how to balance which’ll be embarassing.
