No exercise today
– I think I need a rest day. I got like 10h of sleep
including the massive nap I took in the middle of work from like 10:45a to 1p.
Not intentional
Tomorrow, given that I have a free afternoon, the goal is to put in 2h of biking (~25mi). I should be on the bike by 5p to get the entire workout in by dinner.
And, in reflection that means I should fit in lifting tonight – DBell shoulders. Starting now. 🏋 Yass done and fit in the gripper to build up some forearm strength.
I will be put a week back re the actual strength training by heading to JH, but that should be super solid for cross-training and conditioning. I’ll bring some bands and grippers to help train.
Upcoming plans for the week
Things have shifted around – Thursday is empty, so a good opportunity to get my cycling in. Friday will be hanging out with family between my parents and seeing MO / Ha. Saturday for hanging out with family and potentially getting a good cycle in.
I just realized that I’ve started thinking of each day as having exercise plus potentially one activity alongside chores. A pragmatism which might grown on me.
