I’ve been having fun with exercise – today back & biceps using dumbbells lol while I watch those washboard koreans in physical 100. . . . pending . . . and got the workout in. The regular exercise has been fantastic. Surprisingly, I’m still putting on body-weight, but I’m down to bbulkup and I’ve been eating healthy enough. I think. Supplements! Like protein powder to mix with my smoothies. My questions are: what’s a good brand to go with, and (way more importantly) what’s good nutrition to work it in with. Found a good guide here that I’ll dig into. Apparently I should be eating about 160g of protein per day, especially on the days I work out.

To think through a reference point, a serving of noosa yogurt is ~11g protein and 270 cals. Not bad ratio-wise – eating straight noosas would work. For less proteinated standards, like the rice I just ate, I need to balance it with some straight protein pow. NOTE: looked up the carbs / sugar in a container of noosa – it’s nearly 50% of D/V. So much for subsisting on that stuff – one per day max.

Worked with CO on the upstairs worktable. Meaning, CO planned and cut while I helped carry. She put together a brilliant setup, and I can help finish. Focusing in, setting a plan and knocking it out’ll make for a fun weekend day.

On the negative side: still need to reach out to some friend’s. And, why do I explore the negative side / frame it that way? mu? There is good toil to yeoman.
