Null: Journaling the-day to-day
I have many things I enjoy doing, some of which which I even aspire to. So many things, I’ve let my interests get spread thin.
So, journaling is a good tool to clarify myself. The goals are to 1) reflect on what I’ve been doing, and 2) ponder what I might do. Justifying not doing something or taking space to organize are worthy outcomes.
Let’s get to it, starting with an eye to tomorrow’s Sunday:
Continuing to train for the upcoming STP ride (o shit tickets available?) – today I spun for 45min while watching Berry Pothead attend Hogwarts while it sun-showered outside. My back has been pretty tight, stretching it out with the classic front folds somewhat helps but the relief is fairly short. Side note: it’d be cool to have one way to track what I’ve accomplished outside of the Fitbit.
Tomorrow I’d like to take advantage of the suns rays and 1) play basketball for cardio, and 2) lift. Well, in opposite order – one should start with the lifting. Let’s follow the strength app and get back to it.
Gotta wield the yaeltex tomorrow, and start getting support for it. Three specific goals:
- continue to document my workflow for the yaeltex
- post for support on both the yaeltex and kvr support forum (note changes made
to the
TURN.ytx
config) - funk around with the yaeltex!
Lastly, friendly: call the O’s and see how their baby girls are doing, put my mind at ease.
